KHA addresses are popular and we always have long waiting lists for occupancy. We encourage everyone to complete an application when they think they'll need housing so their names may be placed on the list. While the process is long, it's relatively simple. Just stop at either Colonial Gardens or Rondout Gardens office or call (845) 338-4856 and request an application. Once completed  mail it to Kingston Housing Authority, 132 Rondout Drive, Kingston, NY 12401.
