With a 50-year track record in building maintenance, the Kingston Housing Authority has a reputation for keeping the most intensely used buildings and public spaces in top quality, “move-in” condition. Our maintenance staff did such a fine job on our public housing complexes, that private sector landlords began to seek out their services. KHA, Inc. was born in 1996. Today, it provides cleaning, maintenance and management services under contract to apartment complex owners and various types of offices. The fees generated for our services are then plowed back into new housing and/or new programs to benefit our region and our residents.
