“After School Programs” is a catch-all name at Kingston Housing Authority for a wide variety of activities and efforts that enhance the quality of life and enhance the educational programs offered to young children and teenage residents. Some programs are indeed, offered after school. In them, we help our children attack their homework assignments, do extra reading and work through difficulties they might have encountered during the school day. Other programs are recreational in nature and are offered during summer months when school is closed. Arts and crafts and computer skills are among the popular activities. A computer center is available for all residents and training programs are offered at different times during the year.
