The Kingston Housing Authority manages 481 affordable housing units in and around Kingston. Units range from efficiency apartments to family-sized apartments with five bedrooms. Regardless of the site, rental fees charged for each unit are determined by the occupant’s income. Each of our sites affords a variety of amenities such as community rooms and common laundries.
